The result after a full load or after multiple delta
loads, with all orderstatuses as rows, and where changed data has updated some
rows and set LatestArcInsertTime with values from ArcInsertTime columns.
Because of the »delete exiting rows instead of
update them before insert rows« approach, some values in column PsaRecordId_Orders
has been deleted.
The columns ArcRecordId_Orders, ArcRecordId_Product
and ArcRecordId_Status are for data lineage back to the three archive tables.
Data is displayed in sort order by ReferenceNo and LatestArcInsertTime.
